Question and answer about ownership, 1879
A question asked from Shari‘atmadar (the local religious notable) about the legitimacy of the ownership of the inheritors of the late Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin Mustawfi. The writer asks about the ownership of Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin's son, ‘Abd al-Karim, on one-fourth of Lashkam village, Mirza Zayn al-‘Abidin's wife (daughter of Mirza Habib Allah) on one-fourth, and the ownership of Rashvandah village by ‘Abd al-Karim and his sisters. On the top of the letter, there is a response by Mirza Hasan (the Friday Prayer Imam) confirming their ownership.

Settlement of Narjis Khatun and Mirza Sadiq, 1882
Settlement of properties at Lashkam village, near Lahijan, belonging to Narjis Khatun, with Mirza Sadiq. These properties were inherited by children of Mirza ‘Abd al-Rahim Mustawfi, Mirza Rabi‘ and Narjis Khatun. Mirza Rabi‘ had transferred parts of it to his sister and Narjis Khatun had transferred parts of her property to Mirza ‘Abd al-Karim, son of Mirza Zayn al-Abidin Mustawfi. According to this settlement, Mirza Buzurg, son of Mirza Sadiq, on behalf of his wife, Narjis Khatun, and their sons and underage daughters, transfers this property to Mirza Sadiq, son of Mirza Nasr Allah Mustawfi.

The preliminary agreement of dividing and listing of the properties of Mirza Nasr Allah Mushir al-Dawlah among his inheritors: his wife, Hafiyyah Khanum Quds al-Dawlah, and his children: Zahra Khanum Jalil al-Saltanah, Mirza Husayn Mu’taman al-Mulk, and Mirza Hasan Mushir al-Dawlah (June 6, 1908); a document in which Quds al-Dawlha has listed the properties she has inherited after Mirza Nasr Allah (June 1, 1908).

Settlement of Muhammad Baqir, 1888
Mirza Muhammad Baqir had inherited the ownership of the village of Nawdah from Mirza Aqa Jan and had transferred parts of it to Sayyid Hashim and his brothers, sons of the late Mirza Muhammad ‘Ali Astanah. According to this contract, he is transferring parts of this property to Muhammad Amin Arbab and ‘Abd al-Baqi Arbab, sons of Muhammad Husayn Arbab Tihrani. Fatimah Layla Sultam, his wife, has confirmed and signed this transaction; written on the back: "Nawdah's document".
